For the past 2 weeks I have been mainly working out at school in my hour and a half weight training class. With work I honestly haven't had time to do much else. I've also YET to start my period, which is really annoying because it means my birth control hasn't gotten out of me which means I can't exactly loose weight yet. The only "up" for this month is that my cardio is much better and I'm working out regularly and eating moderately healthier.
^This is my picture for today, and I'm actually pretty ok with it if you look at the first one I posted (at the bottom) on June 10th 2010. I plan on staying strong with everything and sweating my butt off every Mon. Wed. and Fri. at school. I'm evening thinking about waking up early every morning to do the Mari Winsor Slimming Pilates. I'll need some sure will power to make this dream come true.
Somehow I need to try and work some Insanity in there too, Anthony's been wanting to come over and his sleep schedule and my school and work schedule aren't working out. We'll figure something out though; spending at least $300 for programs that I don't have time to use does not make me smile.
