Insanity: Week 1

After week one of Insanity I have notice a habit of wanting to eat much healthier and choosing wiser. The only problem is that on my work days I'm only eating 2 meals a day. My breakfast starts at 2pm with a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana which is 300 calories, lunch (or dinner) is at 6pm and includes mini weight watchers pizza a fiber bar and cantaloupe or watermelon...which is only around 400 calories. I'm only consuming around 700 calories a day give or take. A workout for Insanity burns 1000 calories. I'm loosing more than I am eating. This is extremely unhealthy, and I found out how unhealthy when I was about to throw up this morning when trying to work out. I'm not fueling my body with anything. I need to plan out my meals through the day and try to get around my hours at work.
When not at work I'm practically doing the same thing, only eating 2 meals a day. I need to switch my mindset to 5 or 6 small meals a day. It will help my metabolism and get me though these crazy workouts. Oh, and start buying some vegetables!
Week #1: The workouts for this whole week were very challenging for me. It skipped back and forth so I knew what was coming up, but nothing of it was a break from the last. The stretching though was enjoyable, I've always been stretchable, at least I can say I liked something besides my results. Besides that, I have never sweat so much in my life!
Results: In one week I have lost 2 inches from both my hips and waist. I also would have to wear a bra fitter that was around 2in to have bra fit comfortably. Two days ago I realized that I had put my bra on without it and my bra fit perfectly. I am fully happy with my outcome, and proud to say a 38 B!
